Paul Moeketsi – Non Executive

Paul is the head of Sanlam’s third-party private equity fund management business, Sanlam Private Equity (SPE), having joined Sanlam Investments in 2019. He has over 20 years of investment and financial services experience. He has lead SPE’s Fund I and Fund II investments since inception. Prior to joining Sanlam, Paul was an Investment Director at Value Capital Partners, leading several transactions and serving on the boards of Adcorp Holdings, Metair Investments and Sun International. He also spent nine years as a Principal at Medu Capital, leading transactions including Van Schaik Bookstores, Exclusive Books, Universal Paints, Elite Truck Hire, Wekaba Engineering and Industrial Water Cooling. Paul also held positions at Investec Corporate Finance advisory and in KPMG’s Financial Services division. He holds a B Comm (Honours) Accounting, is a CA (SA) and completed a Senior Executive Program with London Business School.
