Medhold believes in investing in the future potential of the South African youth. Through organisations like Yes4Youth, Medhold has sponsored over 44 learners. Every year, Medhold helps foster new learners in the programmes in order to connect
talented individuals to a multitude of future opportunities such as, full-time jobs, part-time jobs, learnerships, volunteering and future learning opportunities. Medhold, investing in the youth of tomorrow.

Skills Development Corporation is an organisation that believes in providing a solid foundation in order to equip the underprivileged and learners with disabilities to reach their full potential. By aligning their courses to source scarce and critical skill sets, SDC creates a supportive network for students to earn full qualifications while gaining meaningful workplace experience. With the help of SDC, Medhold has sponsored underprivileged students for several years, some of whom have gained full time employment with Medhold and have helped enrich the company through both their honed skills and industry experience.

For over 15 years, Medhold has supported the P2 Student Programme to help foster students who study in the Clinical Engineering sector through integrated learning. The programme enables students to gain real hands-on experience in their field of choice and in certain cases, leads to them joining the Medhold team as full time employees.
