Matthew Stephens – Group CEO

After completing his CA (SA) articles with Coopers Theron Du Toit in 1992, Matthew joined affiliated medical administrators for 4 years where he was exposed to financial, operational and business process re-engineering. In 1996, he joined the Medhold Group and was appointed the Managing Director of Medhold Medical (Pty) Ltd. After the successful management buyout in 1998, his passion has been on strategic, business growth and leadership development.
