Nicolette Pedersen – GM Capital: Hospital & Trauma Division: Capital

Nicolette started her Medical Devices career 24 years ago as a successful sales specialist in the Endo-Surgery market. Her experience enabled her to lead teams in both the Capex and Consumable arenas, representing leading brands for multi-national and local distribution partners. Nicolette launched her coaching and training brand in 2022 within the MedTech space. This pivoted her back onto the sales and product platform and joined Medhold on the 1st November 2024. She is the General Manager for the Hospital and Trauma Division: Capital, GE Healthcare PCS,  Getinge Infection Control and Surgical Workplaces, Ferno, RZ Medizintechnik and HCIT.
