We then provide a detailed Bill of Quantities for the equipment based on the disciplines to be offered and the layout. This is done in conjunction with the client and off-plan. We discuss equipment offers with the client for approval prior to finalizing and placing orders.

Our comprehensive support extends to mechanical and engineering services, procuring and installing medical, dental, kitchen, and laundry equipment that meets the highest standards of quality and functionality.

We coordinate delivery, installation, and commissioning of equipment, providing comprehensive training and support to ensure that staff are confident and proficient in using new systems. From the planning stages of doing the AutoCAD layout drawings, meeting with contractors and hospital management throughout the building phase, managing the installations to the final handover, and then providing training, Mike ensures that every detail is considered to deliver a facility that runs smoothly and efficiently.

 As a certified technical trainer, Mike is qualified to train throughout English-speaking Africa on infection control products. He also provides ongoing technical and aftersales support to engineers, technical staff, and clients long after the site has been handed over, ensuring that healthcare facilities continue to operate efficiently and effectively.
