OMPE DIRECTORS – Nazeem Mohamed

Nazeem Mohamed is an Investment Principal at Old Mutual Private Equity (OMPE). He is in charge of the following private equity functions, from deal origination to execution, investment management and exit. Nazeem joined OMPE in 2015 and has been involved in various transactions including Morecorp, Medhold and Footgear. Nazeem was previously a member of the Corporate Finance team at Old Mutual Emerging Markets where he was involved in mergers; acquisitions, strategic investments, disposals and joint ventures, BEE transactions, corporate restructurings, capital raisings, and valuations and due diligence. He served his articles at EY and is a qualified Chartered Accountant in South Africa as well as a CFA® Charterholder. Nazeem serves on the Boards of Actom, Morecorp, Medhold and Footgear.
